Quality Control Process

🌿 Farm level: Selective 100% ripe cherry harvest, float-sorting, defect removal
⚙️ Processing: Controlled fermentation, raised-bed drying, moisture targets verified digitally
🔍 Green bean: Machine color-sorting, screen grading, moisture and defect count testing
🔥 Roasting: Hot-air with temperature logging, roast color analysis, cupping per batch
📦 Packaging: Nitrogen-flushed, batch coding, weight verification, integrity check
📋 Pre-shipment: Final lot sample retained, spec sheet prepared, export docs compiled

EUDR Compliance Readiness

Our farm-to-cup traceability supports EU Deforestation Regulation compliance:

✅ Geolocation data available for all partner farms
✅ Full lot traceability from farm → processing → roasting → container
